Information contained in MARLI’s Terms of Use contain all current policies respecting your use of this Website, and MARLI’s Purchasing Policy.  The below is meant only as a quick reference guide, and is not intended to amend, supplement, or modify the existing Terms of Use.  To the extent there exists any discrepancy between the below FAQs and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will govern.

 


What shipping options are available on marlinyc.com?

We ship via FedEx to the U.S., U.S Territories, and Internationally.

DOMESTIC

For domestic orders, we offer complimentary shipping and prepaid return labels.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, we offer flat rate shipping at a rate of $40, and prepaid return labels.

 

 

Will I be charged sales tax for domestic orders on my purchase through the MARLI Website?

MARLI is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Therefore, all MARLI online and phone orders will include sales tax where such taxes are imposed by the destination state.

 

 

Will I be charged duty and tax for international orders on my purchase through the MARLI Website?

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined upon MARLI’s acceptance and confirmation of your order.

 

 

Will my purchase through the MARLI Website arrive gift-wrapped?

Yes. It will be wrapped in our exclusive MARLI packaging and a certificate of authenticity will also be enclosed.

 

 

May I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes. Please request this prior to completing your order.

 

 

Is all MARLI merchandise available for purchase online?

Our website offers a selected assortment of our newest and most popular styles. If our website does not currently have the item or size you are searching for, we may have it available at a MARLI authorized retailer. Does MARLI guarantee the authenticity of all products sold through the MARLI Website?

Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through the MARLI Website.

 

 

Where can I buy authentic MARLI products?

Authentic MARLI products are exclusively sold through a network of directly operated MARLI boutiques, department and specialty stores and on marlinyc.com. A complete list of MARLI boutiques is published at http://www.marlinyc.com/us/en/store-finder.

 

 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Returned Merchandise will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt.  Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment; this includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover pre-paid gift cards. Please note, original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase, if any, are non-refundable.

 

 

Can Merchandise be exchanged?

If you wish to exchange merchandise purchased online through the MARLI Website, please return your original merchandise following MARLI’s Returns policy, and place a new order online or by calling +1 (646) 370-498. Please see MARLI’s Exchange policy for additional details.

 

 

Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Gift items purchased through the MARLI Website may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.

 

 

Can I return a custom ordered merchandise?

Custom ordered merchandise may not be returned.

 

 

Is every product available on MARLI’s Website?

Products on our site are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable you may request a special order.  Please see MARLI’s Special Order policy for additional details.

 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been accepted by MARLI, it cannot be cancelled or modified.  Orders may be returned following MARLI’s Returns or Exchange policies.  Please see such policies for additional details.

 

 

When can I expect delivery of my order?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status. If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number. A final delivery confirmation email will be sent once we receive a delivery notification from FedEx.

 

For domestic orders, after your order is processed and merchandise is shipped by MARLI, packages are received within 2-3 business days.

For international orders, after the order is processed and merchandise is shipped by MARLI, packages are received within 2-5 business days.

Please see MARLI’s Shipping and Handling and Order Delivery policies for additional details.  Please allow up to two (2) business days for processing of standard orders.  Processing times for custom orders and special order vary, therefore please allow 3-4 weeks processing for such orders.
